If you need us to provide a witness, please give us at least 24 hours' notice.

We can provide witnesses when requested for $30 per witness.

You can bring your own witnesses, witnesses must be disinterested, not named in the document, and must not gain any interest from it.

If the receiving party has special rules, those rules control.

~ An additional travel fee may apply for appointments outside the 15-mile radius.
~ A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID is required at the time of signing.
